As a leader in the club, the Assistant Manager is responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees, developing a professional staff at all levels through coaching and feedback, as well as ensuring that all company standards, policies and procedures are in place and practiced consistently.
You will be a primary producer in the club and help lead the sales team in their own sales production. You will also maintain club cleanliness, consistently meet club operating expectations, and maximize profits while containing expenses.
